Marketing systems for service businesses

Visibility that turns into customers.

Adqoo plans your content, runs your social presence and advertising, and builds the follow-up that turns an inquiry into a booked customer. One connected system, measured from the first view to the first visit.

Where growth stalls

Most businesses have marketing activity. Few have a system.

Posting, advertising and a WhatsApp number are all useful. The trouble starts when they run separately and nobody can say which of them brought in last month’s customers.

Content

Posts without a direction

Content goes out when there’s time, on topics chosen that morning. The feed looks active, but it doesn’t answer the questions people ask before they choose a provider.

Advertising

Ads that end in silence

A campaign brings in messages at 9 p.m. They get a reply the next afternoon, if at all. Much of the budget is spent before a conversation even starts.

Inquiries

Leads in five different places

Instagram messages, WhatsApp, calls, a web form, a notebook at the front desk. There’s no single list of who asked, who booked and who still needs a follow-up.

Reporting

Reports that measure the wrong thing

Reach and likes go up. The question that matters, how many new customers and at what cost, stays unanswered.

The system

Two halves of one loop.

Visibility earns attention. Acquisition makes sure that attention becomes a customer. The two meet at the inquiry. Everything before that moment is designed to produce one, and everything after it is designed not to lose it.

Visibility

Earning attention from the right people

  1. 1

    Strategy

We start from what your customers need to hear before they choose you: their questions, their doubts, the alternatives they compare you with. That becomes the content plan.

  2. 2

    Content

A monthly calendar of posts, short videos and stories built on that plan, with a consistent voice and look.

  3. 3

    Presence

Instagram, Facebook and your Google Business Profile kept current, so anyone who looks you up finds an active, trustworthy business.

  4. 4

    Reach

Paid campaigns that put your strongest content in front of people nearby who are likely to need what you offer.

Acquisition

Turning that attention into customers

  1. 5

    Capture

Every inquiry, from every channel, lands in one CRM with its source recorded. Nothing depends on someone’s memory.

  2. 6

    Response

A first reply on WhatsApp within minutes, at any hour, followed by a handoff to your team for anything that needs a person.

  3. 7

    Booking

Appointments or reservations confirmed, reminders sent to reduce no-shows, and a follow-up for people who haven’t decided yet.

  4. 8

    Return

After the visit, a request for a review and, where it fits, an invitation to come back. New reviews feed the next round of visibility.

Built on established tools.

A CRM, the WhatsApp Business API, Meta and Google advertising, and automation that connects them. You don’t need to learn any of it; you see the results in one place.

How we work

A clear sequence, from first review to monthly decisions.

Nothing goes live before it has been planned and tested. After launch, every month ends with a review of what the numbers show and what changes next.

  1. 01Weeks 1–2

    Diagnosis

We review your offer, your channels and how inquiries are handled today. You receive a written diagnosis and the baseline numbers we will measure against.

  2. 02Weeks 2–4

    Build

Content plan and calendar, profile updates, CRM pipeline, WhatsApp flows and tracking, set up and tested end to end.

  3. 03Month 2

    Launch

Publishing and campaigns begin. Every inquiry is followed from its source to its outcome.

  4. 04Every month

    Review

We sit down with you to go over what produced inquiries, what produced customers, and what we adjust for the month ahead.

Timings are typical. They depend on how much of your marketing is already in place.

Measurement

How progress is measured.

We track the whole path, not only the top of it. Early numbers show whether the system is working. Later numbers show whether it’s worth what you invest.

StageWhat we measureWhat it tells you
Visibility Reach in your service area, profile visits, calls and direction requests from your Google Business Profile Whether the right people are seeing you
Inquiries Inquiries by channel, and cost per inquiry on paid campaigns Which channels start conversations
Response Time to first reply, and the share of inquiries that get one Whether interest is being lost after it arrives
Conversion Bookings, attendance, new customers, and cost per new customer What the marketing actually produced
Reputation New reviews, average rating, returning customers Whether customers come back and recommend you

What worked
Next month

The outline every monthly review follows. Figures come directly from your CRM and ad accounts.

What to expect, and when.

  1. Month 1The system is built, tracking is in place, and the baseline is set.
  2. Months 2–3Enough data to see which channels produce inquiries, and which inquiries become customers.
  3. Month 4 onBudget and effort move toward what works. What doesn’t is cut.

What we don’t promise

Specific revenue or customer numbers. Results depend on your offer, your market, your capacity and how new customers are attended. What we commit to is consistent execution, clear reporting, and telling you early when the numbers call for a different approach.

Fit

Who this is for.

The system works best when the business behind it is ready to grow. We’d rather say so early than start an engagement that can’t succeed.

A good fit if

  • You run a service business with room for more customers.
  • People who try your service tend to come back or recommend you.
  • You want decisions based on numbers you can check.
  • You can set aside a short, scheduled block each month for content and review.

Probably not a fit if

  • You need a large volume of sales within a few weeks.
  • You’re looking for posting only, without follow-up or measurement.
  • Your team can’t take on more appointments or reservations right now.

Questions

What owners usually ask first.

Do I have to appear on camera?

No. Some formats work better with you in them, and we’ll suggest them when they do, but the plan can work without it. When we need you, we schedule it in advance and keep it short.

Can you work with the tools I already use?

Often, yes. If your booking system or CRM works well, we connect to it. If inquiries are scattered across several places, we set up one CRM and bring them together there.

How soon will I see results?

Content and campaigns start within the first weeks. Reliable data on which channels produce customers usually takes two to three months. We don’t promise specific outcomes, and you’ll see the numbers as they come in.

What do you need from me?

Access to your accounts, a clear picture of your services and prices, one person on your team who handles bookings, and time for the monthly review.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do. Your pages, ad accounts and customer records stay in your business’s name.

Let’s discuss your business.

A short conversation about where your customers come from today, where inquiries are being lost, and whether this system makes sense for you. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you.

  • How customers find you now
  • What happens after someone asks
  • What a first month would look like
